Auction Rules

1. Bidder Registration: Bidders will need to sign in for on-line bid form.
2. Registration Age Minimum: BUYERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BID.
3. PAYMENTS: CASH OR CASHIERS CHECKS, NEW CREDIT CARD OPTION* . Payments needed prior to release of unit.
4. Payment Due Immediately. FULL PAYMENT
5. WINNING BIDDER: Payments must be made by 3 pm following the day of sale.
6. UNITS AUCTIONED: EACH UNIT WILL BE SOLD IN A SEALED BID INTERNET AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER.
7. DEPOSITS: None
8. BIDS ARE ON THE ENTIRE UNIT: All units sold ”AS IS” “WHERE IS” , “IN PLACE” and “WITH FAULTS,” (NO EXCEPTIONS). ALL SALES FINAL AND ABSOLUTE!
9. NO USE OF ON SITE DUMPSTERS OR NEIGHBORS DUMPSTERS!
10. Removal of Items: Everything in unit must be removed from site premises. You must have your own locks to protect your purchase.
11. BUYERS: Must remove the entire unit contents and leave nothing behind at the site. (broom sweeping is required) We allow 48 hours for removal of purchased units. Please stop by or call in and tell the office on your last trip that the unit is clear. We will begin to process your cleaning refund.
12. Bid Disputes: Auctioneer’s decision is final in the event of disputed bids on bid closing! State commercial codes state that auctioneers decision is final.
13. Our Auctioneers: Reserve the right to refuse any bid from any person who is disruptive, or has caused a problem for other auctioneers or at any of our prior auctions.
14. Cancellation without Prior Notice: We reserve the right to cancel any auction without prior notice.

How the Sealed On-line Bidding works:

On Saturday 6th of April pictures of each unit with a view from the door into each unit, will be uploaded to the website (doors will not be open locally). You can only enter your bid  on-line (with the link below). Each registered bidder will decide on there bid amount. We will stop taking bids Wednesday 22nd of April  at 1 pm. The highest bid will win the unit. Bidding has been delayed due to technical problems. Winning bidders will be contacted by 5 pm on Monday 22nd of April. A brass lock will be placed on each unit and the red lock removed. Once the payments have been received the brass lock combo will be given to you and you will have 2 days to remove and broom clean the locker. If you need more time contact the office for rates. If you fail to pay or your payment fails to clear, the unit will return to Valley Storage to be disposed of.
